UltraleanIG35 is a 55% high-protein mix (hydrolyzed whey, isolated whey) supplemented with a tri-matrix of low glycemic index carbohydrates (sweet potato, oatmeal, isomaltulose) at 40%.
The elaborate formulation of the tri-matrix of carbohydrates has a very low glycemic index of 35.
In order to regulate blood glucose (insulin boost), the formula was supplemented with ZMA, chromium picolinate, alpha lipoic acid.
Always for the sake of perfection, Addict Sport Nutrition wanted to include inulin, a very powerful prebiotic and MCT (medium chain triglyceride) to make a meal replacement, a post workout or a very complete snack .
In short a product that will suit all types of physics regardless of their goals to achieve.
How to use:
Mix 2 scoops (60 gr) with + – 400 ml of cold water or your favorite drink in a shaker or blender. For best results take 3 times a day (60 gr) between meals and immediately after an intensive workout.
Study of the ingredients:
Hydrolyzed whey: this process allows you to pre-digest the protein, to release the peptides and amino acids it contains, making them more readily available to the body. As a result, a much faster protein is obtained, but also more pure, and generally with less lactose. In the end, it makes it the fastest protein to assimilate and the purest that exists
Isolated whey: practically free of lactose and with very little lipid. Thanks to this, it is more digestible, but also faster in terms of assimilation and speed of provision of amino acids for your muscles. It is often considered a dry protein, but it can be used if you are in muscle.
Sweet potato: Sweet potatoes are an essential part of the diet of bodybuilders. Indeed, they have a low glycemic index; it basically means that the energy they contain is released slowly, without raising blood sugar levels. For this reason, they are also extremely interesting for people who dieting because their energy intake is regular, and they are also low in sugar and fat. In addition, sweet potatoes are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, with particularly high levels of vitamin A and vitamin C.
Oatmeal: Our instant oats are rich in fiber (8.5g / 100g), protein (11g / 100g) and, most importantly, a fantastic source of low glycemic index carbohydrates (61 g / 100 g), which slowly release energy. It is therefore an excellent choice at any time of the day. In addition, it is an absolutely remarkable natural source of vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, zinc, iron, folic acid, manganese, thiamine, vitamin B1 and vitamin E.
Isomaltulose: Isomaltulose is actually a combination of 2 sugars (fructose and glucose) as well as sucrose. The particularity of isomaltulose is to have a very weak Glycemic Index (32) allowing not to cause insulin peaks. How? Digestion of palatinosis occurs only in the small intestine and slowly. It is slow because to separate glucose and fructose, it is necessary to use an enzyme different from those usually used. To schematize: it works more slowly. Thus, the appearance of sugars in the blood is diffuse. Once these 2 sugars (glucose and fructose) have been separated, they have normal behavior.
MCT: Hepatic synthesis of cholesterol is decreased by MCT, as well as hepatic release of glucose and its peripheral uptake. Indeed, taking too much carbohydrate can cause fat storage, while the lack of energy from carbohydrates may cause muscle wasting. Medium-chain triglycerides, thanks to their high digestibility, are a very concentrated and readily available source of energy; the liver degrades them into carbon dioxide, ketones and acetate. Medium chain triglycerides therefore have the benefits of carbohydrates (energy supply) without the disadvantages (no insulin release that causes fat storage) .As TCMs do not make fat grow, and they give energy to provide intense muscle work, this makes it an element of choice in times of dryness.
Inulin: Inulin is a soluble fiber called prebiotic (not to be confused with probiotic), a carbohydrate that can not be assimilated by the body. Prebiotics are a source of food for good intestinal bacteria. Researchers put a lot of hope into their potential beneficial effects. Prebiotics would improve the quality of the intestinal flora and promote the health of the intestine, including stimulating the growth of good bacteria such as bifidobacteria. Prebiotics could also lower blood cholesterol and sugar levels.
Alpha Lipoic Acid: Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is a stabilizing supplement for blood glucose. Antioxidant both water-soluble and fat-soluble, it also helps other vitamins to fight free radicals, these reactive molecules that accelerate aging and cause damage to cells. Excessive activity of free radicals leads to oxidative stress associated with diabetes, atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases, as well as neurodegenerative diseases.
Chromium picolinate: Chromium Picolinate is the most effective form of chromium. Chromium is a trace element essential for human health. It increases the sensitivity of the tissues to insulin, which helps normalize and stabilize blood sugar levels, as well as regulate blood insulin levels. Chromium also plays a role in the metabolism of fats and proteins, and promotes the action of several enzymes necessary for the functioning of the body.
ZMA: Zinc protects insulin from free radical attack, allowing it to maintain its activity. Similarly, zinc deficiency decreases the sensitivity of peripheral tissue cells to insulin and results in decreased membrane fluidity, insulin stability, and insulin receptor synthesis.
